NFX is an uplifting multi-genre DJ. He hails from the South Island, New Zealand. With current residencies in Christchurch, Dunedin, Timaru, Nelson, he brings his enthusiasm, high energy and huge bass drops into the mix.
From electro-house to RnB, Drum n Bass to Dubstep, if it’s the goods he will drop it. With a goal to expose New Zealand to new genre’s such as Dutch House, Moombahton and anything International. His uplifting energetic performances will have you wanting more.
He has supported such acts as Optimus Gryme, RA Killah, Vadar, Justin Sane, Wade Marrineer, to name just a few. This is a young man to watch. NFX is also a producing DJ and loves creating killer Electro tracks for the New Zealand Music scene.

Dubclash is New Zealand’s First national Dubstep DJ competition.
Taking in the full gamut of bass archipelagos, late this March, an elite list of emerging DJ’s specialising in Dubstep, Dub, Grime, Two-Step, Garage, Wonky, Funky and beyond will gather at regional nightclub heats in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland.
On the night of each heat, the competing DJs will take part in a round by round process of elimination where they will be judged on audience response, tune selection and mixing by a panel of experts.
Two months later in May, The top two competitors from each heat will be flown to Wellington for the national finals, as held at Sandwiches. Again judged by a panel of experts on audience reaction, tune selection and mixing technique, as well as guaranteed bragging rights and a massively increased national profile, the ultimate winner will take away an impressive prize package
